Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and ground-fighting with the goal of gaining a dominant position and using joint-locks and chokeholds to force an opponent to submit. BJJ promotes the principle that a smaller and weaker person can successfully control and defeat a bigger and stronger opponent by using proper technique and leverage. BJJ can be trained for self-defense, sport grappling tournaments and mixed martial arts (MMA) competitions such as the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

Judo
Judo is a martial arts that uses holds and leverage to off balance your opponent. Starting on your feet Judo utilizes throws and sweeps to control your partner and get them to the ground in a controlled fashion.


Thai Boxing
Thai Boxing is known as the art of eight limbs to represent the eight points of contact used to strike your opponent. It is a stand-up combat sport that includes punching, kicking, elbows, knees, clinching and more. It is the national sport and ancient culture of Thailand and still plays a huge role there today in additional to expanding all over the world.



Youth Thai Boxing
Our Youth Thai Boxing progam was developed to teach the most important Muay Thai techniques giving our students the necessary tools to create a sharpened toolset. A mixture of drills and combinations with sparring, no head contact, included. Your child will develop focus, respect, body awareness and more all while learning a valuable skillset.

Self-Defense
Our Self-Defense Courses are designed to help develop skills that utilize body positioning and leverage to escape our attacker. We utilize fundamental movements from primarily Jiu-Jitsu and some Thai Boxing. We believe strongly that utilizing grip breaks are most efficient when combating an attacker versus relying on striking strength and power. We know that attackers' goals vary along with pain thresholds so it's important not to rely only on pain maneuvers to escape. This course is designed for people of all ages and skill levels.
