Schedule Changes/Events!

Judo training- Sunday, March 23 at 1 p.m.: All gym training- open to everyone!
-Thai Sparring- Sunday, March 23- will be moved to 11am to accommodate the Judo training
-Jiu-Jitsu Open Mat 3/29 time change- on Saturday, March 29, jiu-jitsu open mat will matshare with Thai, and run from 10:15a-11:30a (Thai will still start at 10am)
-Judo and Daytime Jiu-Jitsu Schedule Change starting April 1st-no daytime classes on Tue/Wed/Thur
*As we continue to grow more classes and training times will become available.

- Vomiting/Diarrhea
- Skin Infections- Fungal or Bacterial
- Any unexplained illness/symptoms
- In close contact with a person with a contagious illness
Please remain home for recommended time frame for illness.
If you have any questions on if you should come in or when you should return please reach out to a coach for guidance.
Be sure to wash your hands often and utilize hand sanitizer as needed.
